Projet : Capacity development in Transversal Management and Change Management to South Africa Cities

As part of a call for proposals « Capacity Development In Transversal Management And Change Management To South African Cities », with the World Bank, we are looking for a Team Leader, as a Project Manager and Lead Course Designer.

Provisional start date of assignment : December 2020.

QUALIFICATION

This expert should meet at least the following criteria :

Practical experience in designing and delivering similar capacity building training for the governments, with examples of relevant assignments completed, with some experience;

Prior experience as Team Leader in Training activities;

Experience in governance work for the municipalities in South Africa or in the region;

Demonstrable experience in designing transversal management, change management and similar learning materials and content for the public service;

Knowledge and experience in working in South Africa with metropolitan cities would be a plus.
