Key responsibilities
You will be expected to:
– Map out the end-to-end Reefer documentation process
– Create required Standard Operating Procedures and Internal Operating Procedures, and ensure that they are up to date and easily understood
– Define and set performance KPIs for the team that enable consistent delivery and drives continuous improvement
– Ensure that customer expectations are consistently met
– Identify areas for improvement and propose solutions to clients
– Drive and actively support implementation of local and global initiatives
– Assist with onboarding of new customers
– Maintain relationships with key stakeholders; customers; PPECB, DAF
– Deliver agreed volume, revenue and profitability targets in line with the area commercial strategy
– Build a highly engaged and motivated team, manage boundaries and ensure effective and dedicated workforce
– Develop the team’s competencies
– Develop a professional and customer-focused Customer Service team
– Provide regular coaching to direct reports enabling the development of the leadership pipeline and the personal growth of team members

We are looking for
An individual with
– At least 5 years experience in the Reefer documentation field and existing relationships with industry stakeholders
– Customer Focus and strong priority setting / time management
– Presentation Skills and IT literacy through ability to grasp and understand new systems and processes quickly
– High sense of ownership and the ability to serve our customers through E2E processes
– Strong self-initiative and result-driven with focus on execution/delivery
– Leadership ability to manage a team and a diverse stakeholder base
– Drive for Results with the ability to be action-oriented while working as a Team player
– Focus on Integrity and Trust as well as Self-Development
