Job Description:

Exciting opportunity in Boksburg. An international freight management organization is seeking an International Freight Sales Manager to grow company revenue, profitability and trading base.

Requirements: Qualification and Skill

Tertiary qualification in Logistics or Marketing Management or similar degree/diploma/qualification (Freight Forwarding Industry)

Proficient in the complete MS Office Suit as well as Cargo-wise 1

5-8 years’ experience in International Freight Management

3 years’ experience in a managerial role

Must have a valid driver license with own reliable vehicle

Proficient knowledge in Import/Export

Geographical and geopolitical knowledge

Excellent communication across all cultures

Work well under pressure, adhere to deadlines and be a self-starter

Strong networker

Willing to acquire new skills and gain knowledge

Responsibilities:

Maintain on-going relationships with key customers and sales partners

Work jointly with operations, offices, partners and affiliates to grow and retail client base

Target achievement and acquisition of new customers (strong relationship building)

Enhance customer satisfaction and ensure customer retention

Establish brand in the market, stimulate active sales participation
