Client Description:

Role:

The role is responsible for the execution & trading of Marketing Campaigns including collaborating with Channels & other key stakeholders to ensure the financial campaign targets are delivered.

The role must ensure that the planning process is executed consistently and in accordance with the company’s goals and objectives.

 Duties & Responsibilities:

Campaign Planning: developing marketing strategies that support business strategies

Campaign Execution: ensure accurate set-up and trading to deliver campaign targets; actively engage with Channel Heads & other stakeholders to drive demand and conversion.

Financial Targets: Responsible for delivering against the Business Plan targets, including Net Sales, ad spend efficiency, customer base growth and digital migration.

Drive Innovation: develop effective testing strategies and ensure continuous appraisal & improvement of systems & processes.

Talent Management

Education & Experience Required:

Demonstrable experience in actively driving trading to achieve financial results.

Position requires a high level of interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills

Person must show high level of assertiveness & high level of assertiveness & high energy levels to work in a challenging environment

Marketing related degree with a min of 6 years proven experience in a similar role within the retail space.
