Job Description:

We are currently searching for a Senior Associate currently in the Investment field who has excellent experience in transactional lending and credit across Africa.

Responsibilities:

Identifying and recommend effective ways to operate

Maintain and build existing and on-board market share

Arranging progress and review meetings to evaluate deals

Submit credit reviews in a timely manner

Monitor risk by taking into account variable factors concerning the client and market

Creating client relationships, networking and managing stakeholder engagement

Run pricing scenarios; structure transactions; negotiating documents; prepare credit applications and execute

Keep abreast with relevant legislation and industry trends

Improve business processes and systems

submitting proposals to finance ensuring appropriate allocation of revenue

Complete deal assessments to lead transactions to close and assist the principal by providing

Requirements: Qualification and Skill

Relevant Degree (Masters would be an added advantage)

Relevant financial qualification – CA(SA), CFA, CIMA

Experience with the origination, structuring and execution of transactions is essential

Specific experience with transactional lending and Credit

5 years’ experience within the Investment /Investment Banking space is essential

A deal sheet to accompany the submission of your CV would be advantageous
