Job Description:
A reputable fund services company is currently seeking a Personal Assistant within their Business Development department. The role is responsible for providing administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner.
The PA will act as a first point of contact for the Executive, dealing with general administration and phone calls. The PA is responsible for managing diaries and meetings and appointments, controlling access to the executive. The role is also responsible for travel arrangements and organizing offsite conferences and sessions.
Responsibilities:
  Diary management and venue booking
Arrange and co-ordinate various meetings
Business trip scheduling and travel arrangements for team or managers
Arrange itineraries for business trips
Arrange and coordinate conferences and offsite sessions
Coordinate monthly Exco and board reporting
Edit, format and arrange business documents and presentations
Assist marketing with branding, marketing and communication activities
Arranging monthly payments and managing invoicing from vendors
Submitting claims via invoicing system
Taking minutes at meetings and distributing them timeously
Requirements: Qualification and Skill
Matric
Advanced MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint and MS Outlook (and Visio an advantage)
3 – 5 years related experience
High attention to detail
