Native French Executive Consultant (Mining, Energy & Engineering / French / Business Development / International Recruitment and Marketing) – South Africa Job Description:CA Mining, Energy and Engineering is a premier international recruitment consultancy – specializing in the Mining, Energy and Engineering sector across Africa.We are currently looking for an experienced Native French Executive Consultant for our Mining, Energy and Engineering activities. The ideal candidate needs to be fluent in French as he/she will have the responsibility to manage our French Department. Furthermore, the successful candidate must have great knowledge of the Mining, Energy and Engineering industry in Africa, with a particular focus in West African Countries (French Speaking). This is a key strategic position for us which will help secure important deals, create strong relationships, and build the success of our company going forward. Responsibilities:Managing the French department of CA Mining, Energy & Engineering.Performing Business Development in French Speaking Countries in Africa.Representing the company at International Industry Related Conferences where you will be tasked to host meeting and marketing the organization at International Level.Managing and Creating long term relationship with our French Clients.Expatriate Recruitment across Africa / the Middle East / Oceania / Europe.Interview preparation, Reference check and Salary Negotiation.Building and Maintaining ethical standards and activities within CA Global Group.Travelling when needed to represent our company and secure important deals (France, Canada, and other French Speaking Countries). Requirements: Qualification and SkillBilingual French & English; Spanish and other West African languages will be seen as an advantage.Great knowledge and experience of the Mining, Energy and Engineering Industry across Africa.Bachelor of Commerce Degree or Post Graduate Diploma in Management & Business or Marketing fields. French Qualifications mandatory.International Recruitment Experience.Excellent International Business Development skills, with specialization in French Speaking Countries.Excellent Communication Skills to maintain strong relationships with our French Clients.Travel in French Speaking Countries will be expected.POSTULER
