Job Description:
Our client is in need of an experienced Human Resources Information Management System Superintendent to provide a shared services function for their operations in the Northern Cape.
Responsibilities:
Optimise all human resources information systems including time and attendance.
Ensure accurate manpower accounting and availability through efficient system management.
Implementation and management of the HR Information Systems.
Ensure HR Information Systems are integrated with other internal IT systems.
Evaluate systems on an on-going basis and recommend changes where necessary.
Budgeting and cost control.
Mentoring and training subordinates.
Requirements: Qualification and Skill
Human Resources, Industrial Psychology or Information Technology Degree or Diploma.
Matric certificate.
Valid driver’s licence.
7 years previous experience in system implementation within the mining industry.
3 years’ experience in human resources reporting and compliance.
Well-versed in Oracle (essential).
This position is only open to South African citizens currently residing in South Africa.
Contractual information:
Permanent contract.
Relocation will be required.
