The role:
My client, a leader in the logistics arena, are recruiting for an HR Administrator to join their vibrant, energetic team.
Duties would include:
* Recruitment: dealing with agents regarding vacancies, shortlisting candidates, arranging interviews, arranging assessments, interviewing, hiring processes, LOA and contracts, payroll information, onboarding
* Advising branch staff on any HR policies, procedures, rules and regulations
* Attending meetings
* Message handling
* Registration of new employees and terminations on the system
* Monitor attendance and print monthly reports for HR Manager on overtime and attendance
* Permit and parking arrangements and cancellations
* Employee personnel files
* Ensure OHS compliance including displaying of labour law required information
* Keep staff training records
* Working knowledge of labour law including BCEA, LRA, WCA, WSP etc.
* All filing and other administrative duties as required
Must have:
* Tertiary qualification in HR required
* VIP Payroll essential
* English and Afrikaans, verbal and written communication
* Strong IT skills (MS Office)
* Knowledge of LRA, BCEA, WCA, WSP etc.
* Matric
* Driver’s license
* Own reliable transport
