POSITION : CORRESPONDENCES ANALYST
GRADE: 11
LOCALISATION: NOUAKCHOTT
DUREE: 1 ans renouvelabre
But du Poste : To efficiently manage the sponsorship correspondence work in allocated programs
Responsibilites Majeur:
1-Maintain up-to-date correspondence files per sponsorship standards.
2-Process sponsor and child mail in accordance with sponsorship standards.
3-Maintain updated Child History File with negatives for each sponsored child according to sponsorship standards.
4- Process Partnership Hold and Action reports according to sponsorship standards.
5- Send introductory letters to sponsors within 30 days of Support Office notification of sponsor address.
6-Process special mailings for all active children by the deadline.
Other Competencies/Attributes:
Perform other duties as required.
Qualifications: Education/Knowledge/Technical Skills and Experience
The following may be acquired through a combination of formal or self-education, prior experience or on-the-job training:
-Minimum Qualification Required: Must have a completed high-school education, and degrre in secretary
-Experience: On job training
-Preferred: Bachelor in secretary
-Technical Skills & Abilities:
-Interpersonal and communications skills
-Computer skills.
-Skills in report writing
-A good command of spoken, written English and Hassania, Wolof, pulaar
-Basic knowledge in Child Sponsorship
-Willingness to learn and work in a team,
-Ability to work quickly and efficiently
