project manager
job description
* consolidate and develop a member’driven network of aspiring and existing sme entrepreneurs;
* manage the recruitment, accreditation, integration, development and relationships with member-entrepreneurs;
* develop, coordinate, manage, monitor and evaluate member support activities, events, programmes and services;
* identify, contract and liaise with coaches, trainers, mentors, other service providers and partners;
* undertake periodic assessments of member »entrepreneurs » needs and compile roadmaps to support their personal
development and accelerate the growth of their businesses;
* organize internal and external networking events for member’entrepreneurs;
* identify and assist members who require financial preparation, funding and other related services;
* drive member participation in all activities and events;
* ensure effective administration and communication throughout the network;
* build relationships with relevant existing financial institutions and entrepreneur support organizations;
* report periodically on activities conducted and results achieved.
Qualifications & Experience
* graduate degree (mba or equivalent)
* fluency in french, english and wolof
* excellent verbal and written communication skills
* excellent interpersonal skills
* good business acumen
* knowledge of sme support initiatives
* knowledge of sme support initiatives
* good network of business and public sector contacts
* computer proficiency (spreadsheets, databases,
presentations, word processing..)
* experience in sme entrepreneur / business development
* experience in a similar post
* develop activities and programs that encourage inter-member assistance, cooperation and business
