An excellent opportunity for a highly qualified manager and electrical engineer experienced in network development and operation.
Responsible for the planning, optimisation, and administration of its network.
To manage the Managed Services providers handling the Power and infra O&M activities to meet KPIs targets and within MIC processes and controls.
Specific Duties and Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategies for the development and implementation of high-quality operations and maintenance of its network in close cooperation with the Managed Services Providers.
Monitor and report on the progress of Key Quality Indicators and Service Level Agreements
Responsible of the network expansions: plan, dimension and procure power and infra systems (including genset, rectifiers, batteries, UPS, cooling, protection systems…).
To maintain and keep updated its network database to facilitate the planning, rollout, expansion and maintenance.
Responsible for supervising the maintenance of its network, for both corrective and preventive maintenance of the network elements, and grant the quality of service to its end-customers.
Ensure compliance in technical configuration of network and network elements.
Ensure technical support of network and network elements.
Support the CTIO organization through the Change Management process lifecycle, approve changes, interpret results and monitor the process adherence.
Communication and Escalation interface between tiGO, Managed Services Provider and third parties.
Support the CTIO organization in incident reporting, root cause analysis interpretation and troubleshooting post-mortems.
To secure the implementation of the work orders validated by the Network Operation Centre within agreed lead times (SLA).
Oversee the work of multiple teams (in-house and outsourced) in the above mentioned areas.
Provide leadership for the heads of those teams
Create a corporate culture which supports high-quality maintenance and service-orientation
Cross-functional co-operation especially within technical department and towards the Managed Services Provider.

Profile & Experiences:
University or Tech degree in electrical or power engineering
Minimum 5 years’ experience in O&M, Planning or similar, preferably with team management background.
Competencies & Skills:
Profound knowledge in Power supply systems, electricity Mechanics.
Profound knowledge in Power supply systems and electricity Mechanics dimensioning.
Profound knowledge of network operations and monitoring systems and procedures
Excellent management skills with a special emphasis on understanding quality of service concepts
Excellent communication and people skills, along with the ability to develop and sustain effective teamwork
Fluency in French and English
