Projet : Recruitment of a Consultant for the Resettlement and Livelihood Restoration Services | Package 1: Corridors 5 and 15 Package 2: Corridors 9A and 10

Gender Specialist

The Gender Specialist will work full time (11month/year) and should be based in Malawi.

QUALIFICATION

Bachelor’s degree in social sciences or equivalent.

10 years’ experience in gender and social inclusion for development project with at least 5 years’ experience in resettlement planning and implementation.

Demonstrated experience in community facilitation, such as grievance management processes involving vulnerable social groups and women.

Proven ability to speak, read and write English required. Ability to speak Chichewa is an advantage.

Experience in Malawi will be an advantage.
