Power subsector skills strengthening studyThe Consultant is required to undertake skills assessment of the power subsector and based on the findings, make recommendations in view of upgrading and existing training facility or establishing a greenfield facility for provision of power subsector skills development and strengthening programs through induction programmes, refresher programmes, apprentice, hands-on training and capacity enhancements on new technologies.
In particular, the Power Training / Curricula Development Expert should lead curriculum development aspects during the assignment in liaison with the Team Leader and the Client.
