Votre rôle
Interfacing with all learning providers to have the best quality of learning modules to avail for our people the best development journey.
Partnering with the top educational entities & universities for sponsoring the educational assistance program done for Orange employees.
Handling the Soft Skills training courses resulting from the PDPs based on the employee performance.
Participates in the development of the Training budget as required.
Handling Orange corporate training Arm.
Managing Orange Egypt “Coaches’ Club”.
Certified & Conducting Train the Trainer rounds for the new enrolled trainers every Quarter.
Responsible & actively participate in Orange Team Buildings events.
Support the account managers in TNAs to be done successfully.
Conduct coaching visits for in-house trainer on functional skills/knowledge.
Responsible for reporting attendance and evaluations.
Receive and review the working instructions sent by the CRM Teams in the training materials.
Ensure standard quality measures are met by conducting checks of training delivery & administration as per the policies.
Conduct analysis on trainees’ satisfaction, issue reports on activities done and progress before taking corrective actions to improve quality.
Find creative, cost efficient solutions (when needed) that would sustain and retain the knowledge or skills transferred.
Handling the French Language Courses for Orange employees coping with the main group language.
Prepare monthly & quarterly training dashboards.
Monthly budget analysis and financial commitments follow up.
Votre profil
Bachelor degree in Human Resources or Business Administration.
Post-Graduate studies in HR is a plus
 Minimum 5 years of experience, 3 of which in a similar field in a corporate environment.
Good knowledge of training providers in Egypt and the Middle East.
Good knowledge of learning & Development tools and processes
Certified Train the Trainer
