Data Owner for Contract data and documents
Engage with commercial process owners in International / DGC / DEF and other BUs as required to define, implement and monitor digital processes for creating, approving, signing & storing & amending customer contracts, and for extracting key data for operational & analytical use.
Liaise with Data Quality team to monitor & report the quality (accuracy & completeness) of contract records; lead activity to correct any errors and fix the root cause of any identified issues (whether process or technical).
Business ownership of Contracts referential tool.
Responsible for leading stakeholder community to collect & prioritize requirements for functional & process enhancements to Contract referential / contract lifecycle management, and working closely IT team to develop & deliver in line with business needs.
Drive integration of referential with all systems that require the data (directly or via tools such as eBus, EDH, etc) to maximise exploitation of contract data & documents.
User access to contract data
Responsible for providing users with easy and clear access to relevant contract documents & data, whether as idnividial records or as bulk reporting, via portal, EDH, PowerBI or other mechanisms.
Responsible for ensuring appropriate access controls to contract documents & data, complying with regulatory, security & confidentiality requirements while maximizing demoicratization to facilitate delivery of value.

Knowledge and abilities
Ability to engage effectively with business managers at various levels to capture and debate strategic & operational priorities
Ability to engage effectively with IT teams to communicate needs clearly and discuss technical limitations / impacts.
Ability to find common purpose & direction in a diverse group of stakeholders.
Education, qualifications, and certifications
Academic business degree or equivalent
Languages: Effective in French & English
Experience
MS Office, Teams
Prior experience of data process / quality management is an advantage
