SENEGAL – Assistant ADMIn & RH – Chargé des Mouvements H/F – Bilingue
JOB LOCATION: Operational Office ALIMA, Dakar, Senegal
General description of the job: Under supervision of the Human Resources Manager, the administrative assistant ensures proper onboarding and movement organization for ALIMA staff according to internal policies and procedures. He/she is also responsible for welcoming new employee and ensuring that all administrative documents are in good standing.
Contract length: Replacement for a maternity leave – 16 weeks
Starting date: 15/06/2017
Salary: according to experience
5 weeks annual leave per year ;
Complementary health insurance and evacuation for the employee and its right holders.
