We are currently looking to hire a dynamic professional to join our Team as Personal Assistant in Monrovia.
He/She will be responsible to lead on the execution of Special Projects being implemented by the Company under the direct Supervision of the MD, coordinate Administrative tasks of the MD’s Office and support the Senior Management Team (SMT) as may be required.
We offer•In this position, the incumbent will have an opportunity to acquire skills and knowledge in all different Functions and areas within the Terminal
Special Projects (50%)• Ensuring the implementation of any special project as may be assigned by the MD
• Track all Gemba Actions/Action Plan and follow through to closure• Report periodically to the MD on execution of projects, timelines and constraints• Support the CSR Committee in the planning and execution of CSR related activities• Partnering and working proactively with the SMT and other relevant internal stakeholders on all special project related matters
General Administration (30%)• Being the focal point of all guests and visitors to the MD’s office
• Managing the MD’s schedules/Calendar and dealing with incoming and outgoing communications to and from the MD’s office• Ensure the maintenance of the MD’s office and personal Conference Room• Manage the MD’s travel arrangements in collaboration with the Administrative and Communication’s Partner and the HR Department• Initiate/arrange corporate events -forums, meetings, etc as may be assigned by the MD in collaboration with relevant stakeholders (HR/Admin/HSSE), etc• Maintain an organized filing system of paper and electronic documents• Ensure the organization and communication of SMT weekly and monthly meetings including supporting on preparation of meeting presentation, etc
Senior Management Team (SMT) Support (20%)• Supporting SMT in managing their daily calendars
• Follow up on the Policy Deployment Kaizens and timely tracking of them• Liaise with SMT and arrange off-site meetings and events on their behalf• Be an ambassador of the Transformation Way of working (WoW) and support SMT to maintain visibility of transformation activities/targets• Participate in the main Bootcamps of the Lean for All Trainings
We are looking for• Bachelor or master’s degree in Management, Business Administration, Port, Project Management.• Minimum 2-5 years of Experience in container terminals or similar environment• Strong Lean Education – Certified Green or Black Belt is a Must (or equivalent)• Positive & Critical Thinking.• Good Time Management.• Communication and Leadership Skills.• Good knowledge of Operations & Technical sides of the Terminal activity.• Ability to positively Influence others.• Strong presentation skills & technology savvy.• Must have Continuous improvement mind-set and methodology.• Knowledge of general Safety, Health and Environment workplace regulations.• Knowledge in quality management and customer satisfaction principles.POSTULER
