We are currently looking to hire a Operations Supervisor to join our team in Tanzania.
The Operations Supervisor will be responsible to:• Ensure proper running of the depot including co-ordination of all depot activities, creation of business and ensure competitiveness with other depots in Tanzania.
• Take full responsibility for all depot costs• Plan the evacuation and trucks to ensure optimal usage• HSSE coordinator and ensure compliance

Key responsibilities• Coordinate all activities in the depot and ensure that they are in line with the organizational objectives and ensure competitiveness with other depots both service and cost-wise.• Deliver the budgeted volumes/throughput and income for the depot• Handle HSSE for the depot such as Fatal5 campaign• Lead the team of drivers, gate clerks and yard planners
We are looking for• Knowledge of internal systems such as Logstar, ICD system, SAP, RKEM etc• Knowledge of external systems e.g. Microsoft office, terminal systems (TOS)- TICTS, TPA in accordance with local regulation• Good interpersonal and communication skills to deal with staff, customers, service providers etc;• Knowledge of the core business and related functions.• Ability to work independently and take initiativePOSTULER
