Responsibilities
Join our Team and make a difference in supporting our Global Payments network for our Partners. We’re looking for a self-motivated and innovative Support & Monitoring Specialist, to play a key role in resolving any inquires and incidents that arise around our systems and processes for our Global Payments Service. You’ll have the unique opportunity of working with our global partners in different countries. Receive and respond to partners and internal departments about requests, inquiries, and problems related to our integration applications. Utilizes various tools and maintain an accurate and complete record of all inquiries and problems handled.
Key responsibilities include:
- Provide support to existing partners by resolving incidences in a timely fashion both on the technical and the administrative side.
- Detect anomalies & errors in the payment instructions delivery process
- Monitors inbound/outbound global payments transactions flow.
- Resolve or escalate to additional functional teams
- Familiar with APIs concepts, systems processes, networking concepts.
- Familiar with Financial Accounting concepts
- Familiar with Bank Deposit concepts
- Capacity to handle and fully understand a wide range of business rules concepts
- Capacity to coordinate calls, in English, with third party partners to troubleshoot service issues.
- Capacity to do investigations around payment process
- Work Globally – You’ll work closely with internal and external partners and help to figure out ways to make our customers’ lives better.
Qualifications

- Here are the key qualifications: you’ll need to have 1-3 years of experience on analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve problems, perform Investigations of Business & Banking Practices.
- Having experience with API Integrations or being knowledgeable about Web Service, REST API, XML, JSON, SOAP, is highly preferred. Excellent communication skills in English. Any other language is a plus.
- Good level of Microsoft Office packages. Advanced Excel
