Job description
- Work very closely with product, technology, and partners to get the wallet platform up and running.
- Responsible to drive the roadmap and future projects on the platform.
- Understand the market and prioritize the roadmap of features and services accordingly.
- Translate technical information to non-technical people and vice versa.
- Communicate the product performance and product roadmap to key stakeholders.
- Responsible to conduct UAT and ensure all other users are involved and sign off the UAT process.
- Develop pricing and economic models, business plans, product marketing strategy, value proposition, and forecasts by engaging the appropriate stakeholders.
- Acquire and prioritize customer feedback and keep abreast of competitive offerings to identify opportunities to improve or enhance the product/service.
- Responsible for end-to-end performance of their product(s) including but not limited to, customer care, financials, key performance indicators, customer satisfaction and benefits realization.
- Work closely with the key players in the market, to better understand the new trends and use cases being offered.

- Collaborate with the Digital Design team to get wireframes and mock-ups to aid the capture and playback of requirements.

Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of work experience in mobile money industry.
- Must possess technical knowledge, understanding of overall fintech ecosystem in the region and have a good business acumen.
- Creative thinking backed by strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Passion for innovation, backed by demonstrated ability to execute and deliver.
- Experience working in an Agile environment (ideally with experience of scrum) is a plus.
- Bachelor degree or equivalent/related work experience.
