Votre rôleResponsible to maintain the availability of Data Network, resolve network customer complaints and perform first time fix of Mobile Core and Corporate Data Networks, infrastructures and security issues supporting Orange running services and platforms over IP and serving new projects or migrations to the meet operations quality standards and business objectives.
Votre profilEducationBachelor of Science in Engineering – Electronics and Communications department or Computer Engineering
ExperienceMinimum 4 years of experience in ICT Sector, 2 of which in Data Network Operations field with hands on experience.Professional knowledge in Data Network concepts, products and protocols is a must.Cisco technical certification CCNP is a must.Juniper technical certifications are preferable.Essential knowledge in Data Center, Security and Wireless is preferred.Experienced in Data Network installation, implementations and troubleshooting is a must.Technical proficiency in Network support and operations in BB/LAN/WAN/DC/VPN environment is required.Solid knowledge in Core and Transport or Mobile network in general is preferred.

Perform regular or standard network modifications through Service Request or Request for Change.Responsible of daily ,weekly and monthly network healthy check task and ensure proper investigations and escalation when needed to Mobile Core and Corporate Data Network teams.Provide the first time fix supporting Data Network problems on 24/7 basis when needed for all Data Network equipment present in all HQs , shops , switches/MSCs and premises.Check, diagnose and correct all related Data network components faults and complaints using the available tools and resources.Participate in all Data Network and Services Projects as needed.Administer Mobile Core and Corporate Data Networks such as Multilayers Switches, Firewalls, Routers, Switches, Load Balancers and Servers.Investigate and check existing incidents and daily actions with staff , vendors and suppliers.Allow and implement WiFi access to internal and external users inside the corporate premises.Perform acceptance tests for all Data Network equipment (mainly resident in Alex).Track and follow up repeated incidents and problem records with concerned team till find the root cause and apply corrective/preventive actions.Implement all S/W upgrades and corresponding fix releases delivered by vendors when needed.Prepare, Test and control Corporate Data Network spare parts for Operational Orange Shops.Lead and coordinate Orange Shops’ network devices H/W or S/W upgrades and replacement projects from operations side.Monitor and validate DN availabilities and SLA/OLA issues with internal and external parties and ensure accurate and proper support ticket handling.Will work mainly in Alex area on site per shift basis and according to business or operations needs including official holiday to support fast incident resolving even at vacations.
