Votre rôleWorking as a Transmission Backhauling Transmission Supervisor(System and internal resource management- SRIM position) supports all the processing operations for Orange IP / MPLS mobile backhauling network. It is also responsible for Orange Network Synchronization Backbone and DCN network and support for other Transmission Teams. Will work mainly in Alex area on site per shift basis or according to business or operations needs whole 7 day of week including official holiday on shift basis to support fast incident resolving.
Votre profilEducationB.Sc. in Telecommunication and Electronics Engineering Experience3-5 years of experience in telecommunication field.Good experience with IP networks
CompétencesVery good English both spoken and writtenTechnical expertise with routing protocols (RIP, EIGRP, OSPF, BGP) and switching(VLAN, Trunking).Good process orientation and ability to clarify objectives, evaluate options, consider implications, assess risks, and make key decisions.Have problem solving abilities to resolve any issues as they occur.Embrace a teamwork concept and fit into a friendly environment.Strong computer skills with the ability to learn new tools quickly and efficiently.Effective communication skills with the ability to work with other groups to understand their work processes.Preferred to have CCNA.

Participate in managing projects introduced by engineering team assuring full implementation and documentation standards are adhered to complete the projects objectives within timelines.Vendor management (Resolve conflicts with Vendors, attends meetings with Vendors)Support all aspects of the network management process assuring requests, implementation, and problems are delivered as required with no impact to the global communications environment.Take initiative to proactively discover potential network impacts.Lead in problem resolution and cause analysis.Perform critical analysis of key performance indicators to aid with continuous improvement efforts related to network quality and performance.Provide the 2nd level support for technical issues escalated from 1st Level on 24/7 basis.Manage and operate IP projects and access networks.Manage and Operate the IP & Packet Transmission network synchronization.Handling DCN connectivity of the IP Network Elements to the management server.Deploy all IP network design implementations / modifications with work tasks assigned from engineering team.Alarm monitoring and troubleshooting for all types of traffic uses the IP technology over the IP / MPLS Mobile Backhaul network.2nd Level Support for site intervention teams <Orange-external> all over the network through all the country areas.Support the Operation of Synchronization equipment’s’ to provide high quality clock to all Orange Network NEs’ (Synchronization Backbone).Respond to and resolve IP network issues within the timeframe of severity level agreements.Responsible for creating preventive and corrective measures to ensure network health and stability.Participate in problem resolution and cause analysis.Provide network related data to optimization and engineering teams.Site intervention for critical cases.Ability to manage all transmission teams duties (Operation, Support & Backhauling).
