Votre profilEducationBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Information Technology or another related field or Equivalent.
Experience.Minimum 5-6 Years Experience In The Same Function.
CompétencesPrevious experience in Novomind ( iAgent platform) is a huge plusExperience on Machine learning , NodeJS, MySQL, NoSQL & graph DatabasePast experience working with chatbotFundamentals of Natural Language processing with proven experience working with text datadevelopment in React JS or Javascript &HTML.development of RESTful services JSF, Java. RegExpwith database modelling in SQL strong experience in IT API integrationGood in lingual dialogues structure and build a good workflowsStrong JavaScript/Node JS/Python Skills, API development and management, experience with REST API and Web services.Very good English both spoken and written.Very good computer skills.Strong Customer Orientation.Strong communication, listening & interpersonal skills.

Duties and responsibilities
Design and implement use case leveraging Natural language processing and text analyticsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new Chatbots.Prepare solution architecture definitions and architectural documentation that will be reviewed and approved by peers and relevant stakeholdersEnsure that the solutions to individual projects and problems align with the overall architectural roadmap.Develop Chatbot, Voice bots & conversation AI projects.Collaborate with the project stakeholders to gather technical requirements, understand issues and present architectural solutions and guidance.Develop REST/JSON API’s Design code for high scale/availability/resiliency.Develop responsive web apps and integrate APIs using NodeJS.Present Chat efficiency reports to higher ManagementDevelop system flow diagrams to automate a business function and identify impacted systems; metrics to depict the cost benefit analysis of the solutions developed.Work closely with business operations to convert requirements into system solutions and collaborate with development teams to ensure delivery of highly scalable and available systems.Use tools to classify/categorize the chat based on intentsAnalyze real agents Chat conversation with agent to train the Chatbot. Develop Conversational Flows in the chatbotGenerate Chat efficiency reportsDefine recurring questions that can be handled automatically / defined by the clientImprove dialog flow to handle those recurring questions / develop new actionsHelp with handling of multilingual supportDevelop internal testing toolsBuild chatbot front end using react and node.jsBuild Live Chat board using react and node.jsPost data using AJAX.Solve and create new flows to make the process easier.Auto detect user language and activate the root agent according to language.Work on Novomind composer brain to create the chat-bot rules and dialogues.Work on Novomind Platforms for live chat and chat-bots.
