1.Missions
Service Implementation Expert : SIE
As part of the development of Orange Cloud for Business offers, the SIE process is a main actor in new service development projects.
In charge of defining the processes and their application in the tools to introduce new products or changes to existing products within operational entities.
In parallel, he will lead the management of follow-up of requests as well as planning in collaboration with the various actors.
2.Activities:
Collects and analyzes ‘business’ requests from the Product Manager, and translates them into business processes
Coordinate the contribution of the various business experts for the activities under his responsibility
Produces the deliverables required for the adaptation of existing processes and tools
Ensures that the proposed solution is well aligned with the overall strategy and process directions of Orange Cloud Business Services
Monitoring of the load plan
The SIE is responsible for the following activities:
Is the point of contact for Marketing, for his area of ¿¿expertise, throughout the project
Analyzes the impact of the new product on processes, organizations and operational tools, proposes the necessary adaptations and requests validation from business experts
Builds the expression of business needs and consolidates the rationale that justifies the necessary process and tool changes
Harmonizes the design of new services within existing commercial and technical catalogs
Documents the processes related to the new product, up to the work instruction level (migration plans, user support guides, detailed processes, …)
 Builds training materials and conducts training sessions to ensure that operational teams acquire the necessary know-how to properly operate the service
 Participate in the launch of the service and support the operational teams to manage the implementation of the first customers (as part of the pilot phases)
Ensures at the end of the project the formal handover to the maintenance manager of the service
Management of all marketing requests
Votre profil
Project management skills
Knowledge of IT and the Cloud
You like to work in an AGILE method and team work.
Good interpersonal skills, a sense of communication and animation
Fluent in French / English
 A good knowledge of ITIL processes
 Certifications: ITILv4, SYNERGY, PMP or equivalent
