Votre rôle

Take the responsibility for an agile train and ensure product delivery.

Coordinate all agile teams in the train

Apply SAFe methodology in the Orange Business context:

Define and start implementing the right governance model based on SAFe framework

Contribute to define the overall SAFe roll-out methodology for Orange Business

The first train to take the responsibility will be the ITSM (IT Service Management) train. Its target is to build a new generation of Service Management offers, while reducing costs and modernizing our existing ITSM

Serves agile teams and embodies agile values

Fosters the conditions for the emergence of the vision of the programme and its backlog and facilitates the planning of the programme increments (PI planning)

Facilitates team collaboration and as such organises agile events and processes

Promotes coordination between teams and ensures links with other member programmes

Shares with stakeholders any sticking points and helps resolve them with the agile teams

Promotes the continuous improvement process, relying in particular on the Scrum masters of the agile teams to optimise the delivery of value

Votre profil

Experience of working in the Orange Business environment

Experience of working in an international multi-cultural environment

Experience of working in an Agile environment with new working methods at the state of art

Experience of working to transform key business areas for Orange Business and Global Delivery Operations

7 to 10 years of experience in telecom industry

B.Sc in relevant major

Fluent in French is highly appreciated
