Qualifications / Experience Required:EducationB.SC Commerce, Accounting or Business administration or any relevant field
Professional Experience            – 1 to 3 years of professional experience
Knowledge of Microsoft Office is essential
Nice to have ERP systems experience
Nice to have Business Analysis
Nice to have understanding of the ITIL framework
Job ResponsibilitiesAct as first of line of Business support to the Oracle Fusion application to the French & international domains.Respond in Timely manner to the tickets & requests with respect to the SLAHandle the tickets routing between the different level of support teams.Solving basic ticketsCreating reports as requested
