Votre rôleSatellite COE is a product dedicated team managing the build & run phases for the customer satellite services. This includes the full implementation lifecycle for the all the satellite customers as well as managing the operations for the Maritime customers.
1- Acting as a SPOC for the Maritime Satellite customers.
2- Managing the End to End implementation Lifecycle for any Customer Satellite installation request.
3- Manage the cycle of the technical order processing and local validation order creation, resulting in a successful building of a provisioning order.
4- Ensure data quality and consistency in all systems involved in the delivery of an order, both for the commercial ordering and the technical order entry.
5- Responsible for the end to end RFC management and is accountable for managing all functions acting in the Service Transition chain, from the customer sign off of the RFQ until handover to Service Operations team, when ensuring that the Service Transition process is fully applied and no deviation is observed.
6-Exceptions processes management, proactively taking ownership of incidents, adjusting the planning, owning the escalations, and providing updates to the HQ customer.
7-Is fully empowered to drive the delivery and take decisions on:
– Order prioritization
– Resource allocation
– Delivery schedule set up
– Issue/risk management
– Proactive communication to client
8- Interact with all stakeholders, maintain engagement of team members. Votre profilDegree in Telecommunications field.
Cisco Routing & switching expertise essential.
1. Fluent English ( French is a plus )
2. Very good interpersonal and communication skills
3. Ability to work under pressure and to deal with multiple tasks
4. Adequate Presentation skills
5. Proactive, self-motivated and determined attitude
6. Strategically focused and customer oriented
7. Able to understand complex Customer infrastructure and good understanding of Services proposed by Equant
8. CCNA certified
9. PMP certified is a plus
