Manage the operations of VAS services to assure achieving the predefined KPIs.Apply new ideas on the existing services to assure providing Orange customers with the best in class experience.Bring in new services and ideas to assure a leading position in the entertainment fieldHandle all partners enquiries and held regular meetings to maintain a proper relationship and a better position in the marketPrepare and present plans for current and future commercial activities.Maintain a solid relationship with all the partners and conduct periodically meetings to assure the fulfillment of the agreement and a proper alignment.Identify and screen new potential opportunities with the major market players to serve the VAS and Content segment and bring the best value to the company.Recognize the market needs through an extensive knowledge of the current market conditions to support the selection of new partners.Participate in the development of the partnership business plans including goals, timing, revenue and profit projections, business requirements and risk projections.Analyze the deal requirements, and define the benefits and the expected outcomes based on the company objectives and strategy.Build business cases to support the decision making of the partnership execution and define the value of the partnership.Align with different internal teams to assure having a clear vision of the marketing objectives in order to meet the partnership objectives.Follow up on the contractual process of all new agreements as well as the renewal of the existing ones.Follow up on the progress of the partnership agreement to ensure a timely manner execution of the plan and take any corrective actions when needed.Negotiate and close deals to achieve the best financial results and incremental revenues for the company.Create a detailed work plan which identifies sequences of all the activities needed to implement for a successful execution.Generate periodical reports of all new and current partnership agreements to be reviewed by the management.Build a solid network of tactical affiliations / partners to best serves the company objectives.Initiate new leads channels and follow up on the agreement progress from negation till closure and implementation of projects to ensure profitable growth and revenues.Handle different marketing activities with partners to ensure continuity of augmentation.Act as an overall project manager and ensure projects role out in a timely manner and closely work with other departments within the organization.Participate in the development of the business models and explore new partnerships and strategic opportunities.Coordinate closely with internal teams to maximize revenues and bring the best value out of both; the new and existing partnerships.
