Votre rôle
Responsible for managing and maintaining digital online services and architecture on top of the  web portals created to serve OEG subscribers. This covers Orange.eg as the main web channel for self-service and My Orange mobile application serving both mobile and fixed (DSL) customers.
Votre profil
Education
B.SC. in communication engineering, computer engineering, computer science or electronics
Experience
1+ years experience in telecom field specifically in data broadband products and services
knowledge of telecom/Digital environment & protocols
Knowledge of project management methods
Good general IT background
Compétences
Very good communication & negotiation skills
Knowledge of personal effectiveness techniques
Very good interpersonal skills & team work
Good leadership skills
Comfortable with pressure and changing business requirements.
Excellent English language is mandatory

Apply work orders on Digital Services  Platform, as received from development/Solutions teams.
Support on Solution design and Requirements Business Analyses
Contribute to all development activities on both BE and FE
Perform the daily check on the Digital Services systems.
Provide support for site interventions to apply new upgrades or extensions where intervention should be done on site and on low traffic.
Accept and validate new features implementation, software upgrades and new products and services.
React immediately to any problems through physical site intervention for system restart or hardware check, on call on regular duties.
Perform planned actions during low traffic as night actions.
Handle open cases with suppliers and handle the customer complaints.
Handle changing server passwords on a monthly basis.
Handle revenue and traffic reporting for all Broadband & Digital Services systems.
Write incident reports after each problem detected.
Document all Digital Services systems procedures, work orders and processes
Study and plan new systems releases , upgrades and features with impact on customer experience and network performance
Provide expert advice on digital solutions to management and technical teams.
Manage with different suppliers the Hardware Capacity Planning, High Availability, Hardware Redundancy design, System and Network Security Aspects, Product Development, Testing and Benchmarking
Manage the production of analytical reports on Digital traffic and trends.
