As part of Customer Service and Operations (CSO), the Product Development & Lifecycle department of each CSO entity has the responsibility, for the French and International enterprise markets, to manage the creation and evolution of business processes as well as the tools strategy in the framework of services development and business and IT transformation projects.
The Data and Automation expert is responsible for Data automation projects aiming at Business processes improvement and simplification.
Missions
In the scope of Orange Business Services offers development, the Data and Automation expert is involved in automation projects related to new service creation or service improvement plans.
He/she delivers end to end automated delivery solutions to
Increase operations efficiency
Avoid manual tasks
Reduce Time to Deliver
Improve Data Quality
Within a transversal project team, the Automation expert:
¿ Understands the delivery process and the automation requirements
¿ Designs automation solutions based on IT capabilities (APIs) and Service delivery solutions
¿ Develops the necessary piece of software and/or configuration
¿ Ensures the proposed solution provides a reliable, automated and simple end to end delivery process
Activities
Main Data and Automation expert activities:
¿ Business and process requirements analysis
¿ Software solution design and development
¿ End to end tests with IT, process and operations stakeholders
¿ Configuration management
¿ Support and Maintenance
Votre profil
Required Skills and competencies
The Data and Automation expert role requires ability to anticipate business needs and to propose smart solutions.
He/She will demonstrate a high level of autonomy, being able to take initiatives.
– Ability to understand complex services and processes.
– Good Technical and IT knowledge
– Software development knowledge and experience (JSON schema for WEBUI, HTML, APIs…)
– Team spirit oriented and communication skills in multicultural environments
Fluent English and French
A good knowledge of Orange Business Services products and IT systems will be appreciated.
