Key responsibilities
Carrier and Customer Relationship Management / Procurement:• Manage cost and allocation with carriers• Actively build strong relationships with customers• Own customer experience
Operations Execution:• Responsible for the end-to-end file execution on time and on plan to support our customers success in a lean and cost-efficient manner• Adheres to the standard process and customer specific IOP’s and monitors respective KPI’s• Standard processes – Implementation of standard processes and systems within the Area and ensuring documentation is in place• Support sales teams with product expertise and solutions design
Performance Management:• Product profitability – Focus on maximize revenue, EBIT and GP through upselling and cost management• Strengthen the engagement with global network and drive value through the network
We are looking for• 2-4 years’ experience with air freight products for a Freight forwarder• LCL business, product and operations understand• University studies completed• Advanced English• Communication, interpersonal skills• Customer oriented• Agilitya• Collaboration• Organizational skills• Negotiation skills• Analytical skillsPOSTULER
