As a Learner Success Manager, you’ll be responsible for supporting learners to thrive and achieve their learning outcomes. This role has a massive opportunity for growth with training within the Learner success team.The Learner Success Manager – Senegal will report to the Lead, Learner Success: AMI Solutions. The AMI Solutions team works with development partners on exciting, pan-African projects that have been designed to reach entrepreneurs across the continent and support them to do business differently!The successful candidate will be based in Dakar, Senegal. We are recruiting bi-lingual applicants who are proficient in both English and French, SME programme / engagement experience is preferred for this role. The Learner Success Manager – Senegal should be a proactive and detail-oriented individual, passionate about engaging with learners and supporting them on their journey to growth! Strong project planning, communication skills and the ability to problem-solve (using feedback and data!) will set you up to thrive in this role. RESPONSIBILITIES:Learner Experience | Be the key contact for AMI learners on entrepreneurship or professional development learning programmes • Support learners to make the most of their learning journey with AMI • Accountable for learner performance against core programme milestones, and collecting and consolidating learner feedback on their AMI experience • Work closely with the Client Success Team to provide regular updates on programme and Learner progress • Flag risks and brainstorm innovative solutions to challenges faced by Learners ahead of time. • Provide real-time, actionable feedback to enable the Product team to innovate and improve our core learning products Programme Completion | Regularly engage with learners to ensure they are on track to successfully complete their learning programme with AMI and have gained maximum value from their engagement with AMI. • Help learners to get online and download the practical business and management resources. • Regularly review key programme data points to assess real-time progress against programme milestones • Provide connections to collect impact stories from programme cohorts.Programme Management| Owning the logistics of delivering excellent learning programmes. • Manage all key programme milestones • Co facilitate programme kick-offs • Liaise with internal stakeholders SKILLS: • A commitment to AMI’s values – be the best, always care, push the limits, do what’s right and own it! • Passion for supporting others to thrive – the core of this role is learner engagement and support! • Proactive and clear communication – both written and verbal • Self-motivated, and able to take full ownership of own deliverables • Solid time management skills ie.
