Your responsibilities

• Conception and operationalization of a MEAL system for the localisation programme in cooperation with the MEAL expert team
• Facilitate the knowledge management of the project countries, including the exchange and review of experiences and best practices
• Contribute to publications on the results of the initiative, progress reports and case studies
• Initiate and organize peer mid-term evaluations, end-of-line evaluations and publications on lessons learned
• Collaboration in annual project and learning workshops
• Support South-South Exchange

Your profile

• A university or polytechnic degree and methodological competence in the field of monitoring and/or evaluation
• A minimum of 3 years experience in Humanitarian Assistance and/or Development work
• Experience with the development of complex MEAL-Systems and MEAL-Methods
• Knowledge / Experience with the management of data, data analysis and data interpretation
• Experience in the design and organisation of evaluations and in data presentation
• Experience in the development of Learning-Products and in Capacity Strengthening
• Excellent communication skills in English and French, German and Spanish language skills are an advantage
