ABOUT THE JOBYou already have at least 5 years of humanitarian experience between headquarters and the field? You have a support profile (Finance/Accounting/HR/Logistics) but a strong appetite for cross-disciplinary thinking and proven multi-tasking skills? You are sensitive to internal control and ethical challenges of the sector? 
You would like to take an active part in the management and handling of risks of abuse through a managerial position in the head office of a humanitarian organization?

Work Environment:
The Internal Audit & Risk Management unit is an evolving division at SOLIDARITES INTERNATIONAL’s head office. The service’s primary mission is to give assurance to the executives on the way the structure protects itself from the assessed risks by setting up a thoughtful, efficient and formalized system of control of its activity and to formulate recommendations to reinforce its efficiency.
This purpose is served by a wide range of expertise and responsibilities, guaranteed by the independence of the department:
-Conducting internal audit exercises-Management of archives procedures and flows-Development of internal control tools-Analysis and development of risk management tools-Mandate for monitoring and conducting internal investigations
Job responsibilities:-Development, support and monitoring of procedures and tools for prevention and awareness raising regarding fight against abuse.-Conducting workshops and training on the ethical framework to ensure effective dissemination of abuse prevention measures.-Reinforcement of the internal framework for the management of whistleblowing alerts-Technical support and methodological assistance in the conduct of internal investigations-Internal capitalization on alert handling practices and corrective measures-Active participation in the other mandates of the Internal Audit unit through the conduct of internal audit exercises at HQ or in the field, monitoring of risk matrices, etc. Position in the organization chart (hierarchical and functional relationship) :
The position reports to the Head of Internal Audit.
The position has strong functional links with other positions in the internal audit unit (Compliance and Transparency Coordinators deployed in the field, Flying Internal Auditor, etc.).
The position is in contact with all head office departments as well as operational teams in the field.
Depending on the responsibilities that may be entrusted to him/her in the handling of an alert or a specific case of abuse, the reporting lines of the Internal Audit and Fight against Abuse Referent may be adjusted from time to time.
YOUR PROFIE-Experience(s) in the management of whistleblowing mechanisms in the humanitarian sector.-Proven humanitarian field experience(s) in « support » functions in coordination positions.-Strong knowledge and sensitivity to the ethical standards of the humanitarian sector and donor requirements in this area.-Recognized ability in administrative investigation techniques and management of risk behaviors (safeguarding).-Appetence for organizational risk management.-Fluency in both spoken and written English and French.-Ability to use Pack Office tools-Good stress management-Team player, pedagogue, conscientious and have good practical sense. An added value:-Some notions of Arabic
-Knowledge of internal audit methodologies, risk analysis and risk mapping-Experience at the Headquarters of a Humanitarian Organization-A previous experience within Solidarités International would be an asset
SI WILL OFFER YOU-Job based at the Headquarter of Solidarités International, at Clichy la Garenne (Metro Mairie de Clichy) with field trips within the limit of 40% of the time excluding leaves-Permanent Contract (CDI)-Gross monthly salary : from 2 880 to 3 000€ depending of the experience of the candidate-12 days of TOIL day/year-Health Insurance (80 %), meal voucher (60%), transport tickets (50%) paid for by the association.
