SOFRECO is looking for experienced proposal writers fluent in French and English to write technical offers for the Economics and Governance Department.
The proposal writer will be included in a pool of expert to work on proposal mainly for the EU and also other donors.
The candidates wishing to be part of our pool of bid writers must have significant experience in writing and winning technical proposals in English and/or French on EU projects in at least one of the following areas:
– public administration reform (PAR)
– public finance management (PFM)
– market development / private sector
– governance
– civil society
-urban development
QUALIFICATION
Required skills:
Significant experience in drafting winning offers in English and/or French, in one of the areas mentioned above (proof will be required)
Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to communicate both verbally and in writing;
Strong organisational and time management skills (meeting deadlines);
Flawless writing skills and the ability to write persuasively and articulately;
Great attention to detail with excellent proofreading capacities;
Sound information-seeking skills;
Experience in writing logical frameworks and work plans
Capacity to gather and analyse information.
