| Created in 1991, Secours Islamique France (SIF) is an international non-governmental organization (NGO) providing emergency relief and development. SIF acts in strict neutrality, without distinction of origin, gender or religion and is dedicated to alleviating the suffering of the poorest populations in the world.SIF is looking for a Food Security and Livelihoods Referent for its offices based in Massy (91).Context:You will help improve the quality of all SIF actions related to Food Security and Livelihoods (SA&ME) towards its beneficiaries. You will work in close collaboration with the DESK POMA, Africa / Haiti and Emergency and the Heads of Mission.Your main missions will be:Objective 1: Affirm the SA&ME component of the SIF humanitarian strategy and monitor its implementationAffirm and update SA&ME strategiesFollow the SA&ME component of the Action Plan and propose implementation methodologiesUpdate qualitative specifications for projects and assignmentsObjective 2: Ensure the optimization of the quality of SIF projects and SA&ME reportingMonitor the SA&ME situation in order to anticipate needsEnsure compliance with and implementation of technical standards within SIFPilot evaluations of food security and livelihoods programsParticipate in the technical HR selection processObjective 3: Participate in the positioning of SIF on issues related to SA&MEEnsure an analysis of the debates related to the SA&MERepresent the technical expertise of SIF with our partnersProduce and distribute technical documents in connection with the desks of the areas concernedParticipate in the writing of communication articles |
Expériences / Formation
| Profile:You have graduated from a higher education in Food Safety (agronomy, etc.)You have experience in international project managementYou know how to coordinate and manage SA&ME projects abroadAnalyze and diagnose in terms of SA&ME needs in the field of international missionsYou have good interpersonal skills, good adaptability and know how to work in emergencies as well as on fund filesYou have a perfect command of written and spoken EnglishYou are versatile, rigorous and organizedContract / Remuneration:CDI contract.Compensation will be based on your profile. You will benefit from restaurant tickets worth eight euros (four euros and fifty cents on the employer’s part), reimbursement of fifty percent of your public transport expenses and attractive complementary health insurance (sixty for – one hundred employer share).Temporary work organization measures and a reinforced health protocol have been put in place within Secours Islamique France under the conditions in force.Because at Secours Islamique France, diversity is an asset;We study all applications corresponding to the skills required for the position to be filled. |
