RMO Sénégal recrute 01 Analyste en gestion d’entreprise et de projet
We are looking for a Business & Project Management Analyst to join our client’s team operating in the field of oil and gas.
Your responsibilities
- Ensure the execution of business and project management processes
- Support the implementation of strategic management with the analysis of internal and external strengths and weaknesses and define strategic objectives.
- Support the implementation of performance management by defining and channelling strategic objectives for each support department and business unit.
- Contribute to the execution of strategic and performance management through the consolidation and monitoring of KPIs/results
Plan and execute results monitoring meetings (strategic, support departments and operational units) - Contribute to the implementation and monitoring of project management through the preparation of company project reports,
- Monitor project results and train project managers on methodology regarding costs, quality, scope, time, communications, risks, human resources, stakeholders, acquisition and integration, etc.
- Contribute to routine and process management through the mapping, development, optimisation and periodic review of management system documents (policies, manuals, guides, etc.)
- Define and monitor process indicators and results and action on deviations.
Profile and skills
Education and experience
- 5 years of higher education in engineering, administration, economics, accounting and/or IT
- 1 to 2 years of experience in business, quality and/or process management
- Significant experience in project management
Required skills
- Perfect knowledge of office tools and software (Excel, Powerpoint, Web Analytics, BI, SAS, VBA, Python etc.)
- Fluency in English (oral & written)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Visio, MS Project is a plus
- Proficiency in six sigma green belt / PMP (Project Management Professional) is a bonus
- CBPP (Certified Business Process Professional) is a bonus.
