Expériences / Formation
Profile requested
- Proven 5 years experience in managing HR and Administration
- Capacity to adapt to an international environment with legal representation in 2 countries and staff and consultants in 4 continents
- Strong autonomy
- Ability to learn and find solutions
- Able to work in French and Spanish
- Able to communicate in English
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Desirable
- Understanding of the humanitarian and/or development sector
Salaire
27,740 to 31,982 brute annually
