PSUI recruits 01 Global Lead Self-Reliance and Durable Solutions

We believe in a world where the rights of displaced and vulnerable persons are protected during a crisis. We do this through our programmes, where we provide assistance to meet immediate humanitarian needs, prevent further displacement and contribute to durable solutions. At the root of our programmes are our solid technical expertise and specific sectorial knowledge aiming for the highest possible quality, whether in stand-alone or integrated approaches.

The Programme Strategy and Innovation Unit (PSIU) has accountability for leading NRC’s efforts to deliver on development areas. Applying innovative approaches to programme development, this includes providing evidence on what works in support of the continuous improvement of NRC’s programme activities. In addition, the unit provides a significant contribution to the identification of emerging and future NRC programme development priorities.

Do you thrive in an environment that allows you to utilise your creativity to develop working concepts from abstract? We are looking for a forward-leaning self-starter with an entrepreneurial mind-set and strong stakeholder management skills to lead the strategic development of the programme development area of durable solutions and self-reliance.

Come join our team!
