Oxfam is looking for a CALP COMMUNICATIONS MANAGER. The CaLP Communications Manager provides technical leadership and expertise in all of CaLP’s communications work, ensuring that the work of the CaLP network is widely shared, understood, analysed and contributes to positive change across the network resulting in better outcomes for crisis affected people.

High quality, strategic communication is a crucial element of our ambitious strategy to shape the cash agenda worldwide. This role requires creativity, energy and vision to realise the immense potential of the work of the CaLP network.

The role involves working closely with staff from across CaLP staff team, providing matrix management to a communications team drawn from across Regional Offices, and managing the Communications Officer.
