Votre rôleAware of market changes and competition regarding VAS and Mobile Money providersMonitor and increase the revenues generated from VASIntroduce new B2B VAS servicesCustomer Base management activities to up sell VAS servicesAlign with Orange Cash Team to have different Mobile Money value propositions for both Large / SME & SOHO segmentsDesign promotions to VAS and Orange Cash services to increase base and revenues after aligning with all stakeholdersSupport Orange B2B Sales team with Orange Cash service and have joint meetings with the customers to close Orange Cash B2B dealsManage Bulk SMS Solution in terms of the tool capabilities and making sure of the customer satisfaction from the tool and keeping it up-to date alwaysManage Bulk SMS Tariffs and making sure that there is various competitive tariffs that addresses both Large & SME/SOHO segmentsManage Advertising and Location Based SMS solution and enhance the segmentation to meet the customer requirementsHandle daily workload of existing/new customers requests/complaints.
Votre profilEducationBachelor degree from a recognized university in one of the following fields: Business Marketing, Business administration, Economics or Telecommunication Engineering
Experience3 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN THE TELECOM INDUSTRYSTRONG ANALYTICAL SKILLS AND STRATEGIC THINKING KNOWLEDGE OF B2B PRODUCTS OF TELECOMMUNICATIONS PRODUCTS AND SERVICES IS A PLUS
