1. Purpose of the job

Responsible for the overall technical part for Enterprise & SMEs projects during implementation phase in order to achieve team productivity targets.

Responsible to deliver multiple services (as: data, internet, link2work, IPCC, VOIP…) over different medias type (as: local loops, Fibers, 3G, Wi-Max, Microwave) by configuring both core side (as: ISAMs, Juniper series, Cisco series, core switches) & customer side (as: modems, Cisco/Juniper series, IP phone) to fulfill corporate customers needs and to meet the required service level.

2. Duties and Responsibility – Operational Tasks (for non-management positions):

Act as an escalation point for Solution Provisioning Team Leaders during delivery cycle to provide a solution for complex technical problems

Participate with Project Managers to overcome any technical obstacles for critical or strategic projects

Escalate any critical problems during delivery cycle to the Enterprise Service Delivery Manager to recommend corrective actions

Participate in launching new services/products for Enterprise or SMEs, till sign-off the business document

Participate with Planning team to evaluate & accept any new HW or complex technical solutions

Allocate the qualified engineers for each projects, to get optimal productivity level

Monitoring & evaluate team performance and quality to ensure efficient end-to-end service delivery

Audit & analysis monthly team performance to improve team skills & to be used in their KPIs

Conduct periodic training and awareness sessions to share knowledge across the team

Apply & maintain internal WFs & Quality Control system to ensure high accuracy level

Handle other teams complaints in an efficient manner

3. Job Specifications

Education (BSC in in communication engineering, computer engineering)

Experience (6-7years of experience)

Skills (Very Good written & spoken English, Good Communication, negotiation and problem solving and leadership skills, CCIP, CCNP OR JNCIS , JNCIP (CCSP , CCVP are Plus)
