Votre rôleDevelop marketing strategies, plan and budget to achieve organizational KPI in relation to the prepaid market subscriber base growth.Develop, coach & lead team members responsible for developing the marketing activities and proposition according to the business strategy & plan.Define, promote and implement tariff plans and end to end acquisition promotions in order to increase Orange prepaid gross adds.Bring commercial team to global group’s standards in terms of structure, organization, processes, expertise and speed, and build, manage and develop the prepaid acquisition team.Lead teams from several departments to achieve the pre-set strategies and plans on time.Manage the « go -to- market » process & own overall customer experience ensuring high customer satisfaction is maintained.Monitor and analyze the results of all activities on the plan according to KPIs, set deliverables, strategic and business objectives.Monitor and analyze market norms, trends and changes related to consumer behavior and competition as well as the progress and achievements of related organizational KPI.Work closely with advertising agency towards developing integrated communication marketing plan that impact Orange image positively.Define zoning strategies and work with the team to coordinate with Geo-marketing to identify geographical areas that have potential customer acquisition opportunities and tackle them with tailored value propositions.Filter team recommendations regarding trade marketing on aligning commission schemes with the Mass Market KPI’s and planned activities.Support the team to design handset bundle value propositions that attracts high value customers.Direct the team effort towards opportunities to increase Orange market share in the youth segment and push them to create initiatives that attract high value customers to ensure high return on investment.Monitor closely Orange share of Gross Adds and ensure achievement of high share.Design promotions that include data voice and VAS that increase customer satisfaction by increasing convenience as well as ensuring higher by stimulating non voice usage and work with Technology for optimum network utilization.
Votre profilEducationBachelor degree from a recognized university in one of the following fields: Business Marketing, Economics.
ExperienceMinimum 6 years of experience in marketing telecommunication services.
CompétencesFluent English both spoken and written.Expertise in Microsoft Office Tools.Strong knowledge of marketing fundamentals & strategic thought process.Project management skills.Strong analytical skills and strategic thought process.Excellent communication & interpersonal skillsStrong negotiations skillsExcellent presentation skillsKnowledge of Egyptian market.
In charge of the prepaid subscriber growth of Mass Market segment of Orange and acquiring new subscribers in the prepaid Mass Market segment with a main KPI of growing the gross adds in this segment. Support the prepaid acquisition team in developing & designing value propositions aiming at increasing acquisition in the Mass Market.
