Prepare the needed analysis, reports and presentations to better assess product performance & market opportunities, supporting the decision to develop marketing propositions.Support in executing propositions during TTM phase (working with various teams) up until launching successfully.Responsible for frontlines briefings/training/scripts/IVR/SMS campaign initiation and other Go-To Market activities related to such Marketing propositionMonitor & report all post launch KPIs, assist in taking the needed actions to ensure targets are always metAct as a delegate to represent business in multi-team projects requiring business management team presence (system related / customer experience related / or customer care related).
