Votre rôle
Act as the point of reference and mentor for the team –
Share experience and knowledge within the team –
Provide day-to-day guidance and coaching –
Guide the newcomers through their induction phase –
Technical knowledge and overall skills enhancement –
Create, validate and update technical documents and knowledge documents–
Responsible for training delivery program (customer, technical, process) –
Responsible for new customers’ and offers handover to operation –
Responsible for overall team improvements, including customer support and autonomy improvement
Votre profil
Excellent communication,
Interpersonal, organizational and presentation skills –
Fluent in English (French is a plus) –
Good consulting and problem solving skills –
Able to work efficiently and independently to meet deadlines –
Able to understand complex customer infrastructure and good understanding of services offered
.Ability to work under pressure and deal with multiple tasks –
Solid knowledge on the Orange technologies and offers (certificates are a plus).

¿ EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND –
Bachelor Degree in telecommunication engineering or computer science
¿ Professional Experience –
Minimum of 1 year related work experience in customer technical support or similar organizations
