Job Responsibilities :
Develop & execute a full marketing plan jointly with key accounts according to the business plan and customers needs.Build solid customer relationships by understanding the customers needs and expectations.Ensure full customer journey is in consistency with the organization’s standards.Develop improvement plans in response to customer feedback and mystery shoppers exercises.Monitor the level and quality of services provided to the customers through the Triple Play shops in the compounds.Ensure availability of all Orange products and services inside the compounds.Assess customer’s needs, demonstrate products and provide technical/commercial orientation on the Triple Play products and services.Increase the customer satisfaction and create innovative upselling/cross selling tools for Orange Triple Play services.Ensure that customer complaints are handled effectively, in a timely manner and in accordance to the company’s guidelines.Analyze and report relevant market information and news on competitors’ products, pricing & market activities as well as product enhancements recommendations in alignment with the marketing management.Ensure proper activations execution inside the compounds according to the marketing calendar, business plan and seasonality.Propose and recommend direction and plan to aid in retaining customers with B2B & B2C Marketing team.
