Votre rôleHandle outgoing calls to sell products and services to customers in order to achieve the company established sales targets and revenue objectives and Attack different customers database through outgoing calls, for example (Orange customers, competitors customers,  etc…) and selling them our services by offering a special and instant promotion during the call only
Votre profilEducationBachelor degree from a recognized university
ExperienceMinimum 6 years of Experience with 3 years in a relevant leading sales related position
CompétencesFluent English and Arabic is a must.Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, handling multiple concurrent projects and tasks.Flexibility in dealing with people with diverse working styles.Ability to work under pressure ad restricted time lines.Very good communication skills

Upselling our existing customers gain more benefits and maximize the usefulness of our services by upgrading their current packages to higher ones, offering them a special & instant exclusive promotion through outgoing calls.  Brief regarding the upselling activities &  revenue share :Manage achieving the assigned sales target through overseeing/monitoring the sales team performance & developing new approaches to meet the company’s goal /target.Implement sales plans through putting short and long term range plans to practical use.Forecaste team’s budget; estimating on yearly basis (sales budget, salaries, HR increase, Software license, general expenses -etc.)Manage team performance against objective maintaining proficiency of methods and techniques necessary to accomplish the workDefine sales Objectives through setting practical goals for self and subordinates.Perform & analyze teams report periodically to top management.Address long term goals, values & needs by setting strategic/ updated techniques to improve operation.Delegate authority & responsibility among all team members.Manage to maintain the predetermined recruitment standard through selecting the skills & abilities that matches job requirements.Creating enthusiasm &confidence among all team members.Assess skills and training needs for all teamRecruit the team new members.Develop new ideas and approaches to increase sales and prospects.People Management
Interview and select direct reports and validate hiring decisions for the department.Provide coaching and needed training for direct reports ensuring continuous individual development.Ensure a healthy working environment for assigned employees through focusing on team building and motivation initiatives.Conduct regular performance and competency evaluations for direct reports while delivering constant constructive feedback for higher achievements and further development.
