Purpose of the job
Leading different teams to build and grow the Mobile Value Added Services portfolio, Orange Cash TTM and competitiveness as well as transform Orange ecosystem into a more digital one, thus delivering on the group Essentials2020 and Orange objectives while becoming the operator of choice for innovation.
Duties and responsibilities
VAS and Innovation :
Develop and execute the VAS and Innovation strategy; to deliver on the business plan objectives as well as Essentials 2020
Define Content, Partnerships and  Alliances roadmap that delivers on the overall company targets
Assess potential business opportunities and establish best practices in the industry and market trends in VAS, Innovation, Orange Cash, Digital transformation and Content management
Ensure attainment of company objectives in terms of growth of non-voice revenues and profitability.
Establish and defend market leadership in all VAS and innovation portfolio
Design the marketing and sales plans, work closely with technology, finance and CRM to guide the execution and to deliver on the KPIs of the portfolio of each service (number of users, ARPU and NPS/service perception)
Enhance the current portfolio ecosystem to deliver an unmatched customer experience with a standardized QoS
Manage end to end key innovation enablers; Direct operator billing, Market place, Open APIs, connected objects (IoT) … etc to tap growth opportunities and drive new revenue streams
Boost profitability by adopting the proper business model (revenue share vs capex) for VAS and innovation services while defining the right strategy for base animation and engagement (outsourced/in-house) for each service
Act as prime interface with Techno-center and Orange labs and ensure smooth tie-up with key business partners
Lead and manage end-to-end Product/Service Development life-cycle (Low Balance services, Call completion echo system, Fun portfolio, Pay for my community, Smart charging ..etc)
Orange Cash & Financial Services :
Lead the development, drive the implementation of Orange Cash in order to deliver the overall revenues, market share, competitiveness, brand targets as well as the Essentials 2020 objectives
Establish long-range program plans, goals, objectives and milestones, which serve as the basis for substantive growth in mobile financial services and Orange Cash adoption and usage
Establish market share leadership in Orange Cash in terms of number of users, ARPU, while offering best in class customer experience
Develop the ecosystem that supports growing Orange Cash business with all its stakeholders; customers, PoS, partners, financial entities and governmental bodies
Ensure strong roll-out for Orange Cash m-commerce new services, solutions and applications
Provide guidance in identifying and crafting new partnerships that will advance Orange Cash and mobile financial services
Develop Orange Cash channel proximity and capillarity nationwide
Drive value creation by exploiting new revenue streams and adjacent revenues from Orange Cash, m-commerce and innovation
Direct the team to work on enhancing the life of the customers through Orange Cash.
Digital Transformation & Online Marketing :
Define a complete strategy for online marketing and the digital transformation that ensures consistency across all digital touch points.
Guide the team to develop and align the channels for marketing, sales and service processes to deliver on Essentials2020 objectives
Extend the digital experience within the complete ecosystem of Orange services portfolio/touch points and evolve the company’s presence and positioning on the digital front
Direct the re-alignment of new investment in technology and business models to more effectively engage digital consumers at every touch point in the customer experience lifecycle.
Guide the execution of all web, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
Plan driving traffic to online portals by converting traditional « analogue » businesses/transactions to digital ones,
Monetize online presence/traffic by increasing the penetration of online provisioned products and services as well as growing the presence and usage of Click-to-Action options
Increase Orange market share and traffic of M2M and connected objects (IoT)
Votre profil
Bachelor Degree in Business and/or IT/Engineering
MBA from a reputable business school is a plus
15 years of experience in relevant business branch
Fluent English and Arabic
Strong leadership skills
Excellent communications skills and a strong team player
Strong knowledge of the wireless industry, including both technical and commercial dependencies
Excellent all around operational experience in a marketing capacity.
Highly reliable
Ability to work under stress and meet tight deadlines
Good inter personal skills
Strong analytical skills
Ability to work in dynamic, multi-cultural environment
