Votre rôleTechnology Planning Management team is part of the centralized Technology Planning Department – Network domain.Our main role is to Ensure corporate strategy and Budget are well set and implemented in our day to day activities and our expenses are well controlled, optimized in an efficient way to serve technology & corporate requirements.
Votre profilEducationBachelor of Engineering, economics .MBA & project management experience is a plus
ExperienceMinimum 4 years of experience, 2 of which in a relevant role.
CompétencesVery good English both spoken and written.Superior analytic skills with strong written and verbal communication skills.Excellent problem-solving capabilities and critical thinking skills.High communication skills.

Responsible for estimating the required FY Network team investment based on the commercial inputs & fulfilling Network KPIs.(CapEx , OpEx )Responsible for Estimating the needed investment within Network strategic plan. (CapEx & OpEx)Responsible for transformation & Cost saving initiatives for Network team.Generating regular reports showing the actual spending  analysis vs Budget.Generating reports showing the actual spending per supplier/Vendor.Responsible for generating Budget templates showing the phasing of investment within the concerned period to ensure compliance with corporate targets.Manage & Assess any business cases of new deal or initiative.Align with Network team stakeholders for continuous plans/solutions to mitigate risks & develop opportunities.Track the  monthly impact of initiatives on actual spending and re-assess its savings impact.Manage & control the adhoc requests.Hold monthly meeting with all Network teams to track spending progress.Technology SPOC for the corporate teams (Commercial, Finance decision support, finance corporate reporting , Fixed Assets, Accounting & Procurement team).
